Sunset 17’s Story
Sunset 17 TV & Podcast Studio was founded by Jason Lavin and Murphy Karges to enable businesses and individuals to share their inspiring stories in a high-quality, engaging format. They are extremely experienced in all aspects of content creation for businesses, from the pre-production consultation to the complete distribution and marketing of the content.

What are Sunset 17’s studio hours?
9 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday. You can book sessions up to 24 hours in advance.
What is Sunset 17’s cancellation policy?
Please contact Sunset 17 as soon as possible if you need to cancel your studio session. We can accommodate cancellations with 48 hours’ notice.
Can I bring my own equipment to use in the studio?
We generally don’t prefer people to bring outside equipment, like replacement microphones. If you are interested in a production that requires additional equipment, please give us a call to discuss options. Without prior permission, connecting, disconnecting, or moving any equipment is strictly prohibited.
What is Sunset 17’s rescheduling policy?
Please contact Sunset 17 as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your studio session. If you need to reschedule or cancel within a few hours of your session, we charge a $20 reschedule fee to pay the engineer for their time.
Is food or drink allowed in the studio?
No food or drink is allowed inside the studios except for water in a resealable bottle.
Is there parking at Sunset 17 Studio?
Sunset 17 Studio is attached to a large parking lot that generally has plenty of available parking spaces.
